Returns & Exchanges

At Le Petit Trou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached. Please include the printed return form inside the box to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
